Distance from changing room to park

For Sunday amateur football is there an acceptable/unacceptable distance a team is expected to travel from the changing room to the park. If so what is the distance and can a team refuse to play even if they are given 2,3,4 days notice.

Don't think this is one for the ref's as such. The Laws don't cover this.
I think this should be brought up with your own League Committee.
