The goal should not have counted as the minute the ball stops going forward it is deemed not to be a goal. This is clearly the case in this clip.

Is that in the rules? Ball stopped going forward?

I know that there can be other ambiguities such as during 90minutes when a penalty is taken if the taker hits the penalty and the ball hits the post and comes back out, and the taker follows it up to finish on the rebound it cant count because no other player has touched the ball... That would tell me that wether the ball is going forwards or backwards is irrelevant as it it still in the same phase of play. Therefore in the above example the goal is legitimate...
