Any idea when the draws for the Scottish and the West Cups happen?

We are only entering the West so I'm not really bothered about the Scottish draw :P

I know that CSAFL teams played both Round 1 and Round 2 ties on 15 October last year. I assume the draw is made a week or two before that. Scottish is even earlier.
