Wifes watching all the soaps so I'm hitting the laptop. Was having a look at our club's now archived webpages and found a couple of stats that had me thinking. (1) Because of last winters weather we didn't play a match for 66 days. (2) in all our league and cup games we got beat by one goal 9 times and won by one goal 9 times. Oh, we also got relegated on goal difference.

We went from sat 20th nov to sat 05th feb having 1 game... 77days (?)
We played 43 games in total, losing 7 across 5 different competitions.
We played 11 games in May (more than 25% of our entire season...) With 7 of them coming in 14 days.
We, however, won the league on goal difference - 1 single goal.

25% of your games in one month presents a good case for summer football Dougie.

Your telling me! Lol. But more 3G parks would be a solution too!! I don't mind the weather as long as the games are played
