Carluke Hearts 0 Silkys United 1 *** Game abondoned at half time due to pitch being in the same condition as it was at the start.
Pitch was not playable in my eyes but was told that we would start the game and see how we go. The game was turning into a belter with both teams going for it, we scored and held the lead until half time. The referee then claimed that the pitch was unplayable to both teams dismay. Another shocking performance by a referee, card happy when it suited and spoke to the players like school children. I personally feel that he couldn't wait to get away. Really fed up with standard of referee's in our leagues.

The refs name was D.McNeil. He booked 6 of my players in the first half and 2 of the Carluke boys. Set the tone for the game and think he didn't fancy the second half. Maybe a bit frustated as we were winning but the ref said that one of my players went over on his ankle but this happened 15 mins into the game don't understand why he played a further 30 mins? Anyway good result against the harp. Really wish the league would allow 3G to be treated the same as grass cos at the moment you need consent from the away team. If the pitches were of a good standard i could see their refusal but that pitch today was a field.

Aye Gaz , know wot you mean m8, oor park wisnae great today but was definetly playable, league is looking strong.

Carnwath 1 Shotts 1

decent game, Carnwath scored first with about 20/25 mins to go, Shotts then equalised with a dubious penalty 15 minutes to go which resulted in our left back being sent off, backs to the wall for the last 15.

decent point, Shotts will maybe feel they should have taken all 3 but our goalie made 3/4 unbelievable saves during the game
