The other sayin bannockburn v drumchapel utd.....
Thats all i know so far apart from cambusbarron tie.

Just looking at the updated draw doesn't look like a so called smaller team will win it this year. I know the draw could put the biggies together but not very likley.thay said here's my last 8

would hardly say last years beaten semi-finalists
( postal ) are outsiders.

well ile start with us. we know its gona be a hard game but i think we are unbeaten in 24 games since last may. as for doune, they are playing well at the moment. I fancy postal at home. tbh ile probs get most wrong lol!! think there might be a couple of suprises tho.

really looking forward to our game against colville. there a great side and we are playing well. i think it will be close. suppose we take heart from WFR running them very close

I reckon postal will be there... Far better team than anvil at the best of times, let alone when a anvil r having a bad time of things!

And Doune are more than capable of beating Steins/Camelon. Any one of those three could come through that tie.

Anyone else going to predict the outcome of the 7th round? Hard to pick IMO some really tight games....... Let's see some necks sticking out

at the moment it's hard for me to look past hurlford winning the full thing they are smashing everyone here in Ayrshire and have been fairly ruthless in their major cup games too . I don't know much about the in form central teams who might stand in there way . Any ideas

The central teams usually are there or there abouts, and I wouldn't expect any difference this year. The established central big 2, Drum and Colville, teams, as ever will want to avoid in the draw.
St Pats started the season slowly but seem to have picked up now (I expect the winner of them v Bannockburn to give Drum a stern test). Ashvale got promoted last year but they are a changed side now, they picked up a lot of players (and management) from Dunlop, they took a couple of beatings from the big 2 at the start of the season but are on a good run now, I expect them to do well.
Steins & Uddingston sit comfortably in mid table central premier with a few good results each to their name, if they turn up they will be a test for most teams.

If I were to put a bet on, I'd probs side more with one of the central teams, as oppossed to ONE from Ayrshire getting their name on the cup!!
Like any cup knockout competition though, it's all about THE DAY

Our replay with Netherthird is going to be a cracker on Saturday!! We want to prove last match wasn't a true reflection of our usual form and they want to prove they are the better team As always at Postal we take one game at a time and nothing gets taken for granted.
